2026 Hawthorne Country Club Swim Team Member Registration Form
For Swimmers ages 8-18. Swimmers must be able to swim two lengths of the pool (50m) legally. If your swimmer cannot swim 50m and they are eight (8) and under, stop, go back and select the 2026 Member Guppy Program. All swimmers six (6) and under must register for the Guppy program.
The fee is $95.00 per swimmer.
Payment can only be made via Stripe (registration).
