How to Declare Meet Attendance

In order to determine Meet Entries (and relay teams) the coaches must know whether or not your swimmer will be attending each meet.  Please declare your attendance by Wednesday evening before each meet.  If you do not declare the coaches are assuming that you will be there.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to https://hccgators.swimtopia.com
2. Click on SCHEDULE
3. Scroll down to each meet and click on MEET ENTRY (green box)
4. Indicate whether your swimmer will be Attending or Not Attending
5. Indicate Relay Availability:1. Available for all relays, 2. Arriving late & not available for early relays, 3. Leaving early and not available for late relays, or 4. Not available for any relays.

If anything should change, you can edit your meet entry at any time at least 48 hours prior to a meet. With any unanticipated attendance problems, e.g. illness, please inform us ASAP.
