2026 Hawthorne Country Club Swim Team Member Registration Form
For swimmers who are ages 8-18. Swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool (50m). If your swimmer cannot swim 50m and they are eight (8) and under, STOP, go back and select the 2026 Non-Member Guppy Program. All swimmers six (6) and under must register for the Guppy program.
The fee is $225.00 per swimmer. Payment must be made in full prior to the first day of practice, May 26th. Your swimmer will not be able to participate in practice until payment is received in full. Members receive discounted Swim Registration. Pool Memberships are available.
Payment can be made via Stripe, Google Pay, cash or check. We will be collecting payments at the pool during practices and through Stripe.
