Hello Guppy Families (and others)!

The Guppy Meet is this Sunday, and we can’t wait to see everyone for a morning of fun! Please take a few minutes to read through the important details below so your family is ready for Sunday. 

When you arrive at the pool, please stop by the registration tale to check in and verify that your swimmer is registered and entered in the correct events. If you have not yet made your payment, you can also do so at that time.

Meet Schedule

• Meet begins: 8:30 a.m.
• Pool opens: 7:30 a.m. (unless you’re one of our setup volunteers!)

Warm-Ups

Warm-ups will be divided by age group:

• 7:40–7:50 a.m.: 8 & Under
• 7:50–8:10 a.m.: 9–10 Year Olds

Timers/Helpers Meeting

All timers and guppy helpers should plan to attend a brief meeting at 8:10 a.m.

Important Safety Reminders

For everyone’s safety, please keep an eye on your child(ren) throughout the meet. Children should remain on the pool deck and should not be left unattended. The playground, pickleball courts and baby pool will be closed during the meet.

Please also keep children away from the bridge to the gazebo and the gazebo, as these areas are reserved for meet officials.

The Gator Bar will be open and have snacks and drinks for sale. We will also have Guppy T-shirts and tattoos available for purchase. We will also have a 50/50 raffle.
