Good Afternoon, I've attached the meet entries for Saturday's meet.  Please remember Coach MJ is trying to accommodate all requests, but isn't always able to do that.  KSC does not like to run extra heats in events in an effort to make sure they're finished by Noon.  We appreciate your understand as the coaches try to put 122 swimmers into the meet.  

Sharing some information from KSC as we prepare for our meet on Saturday.  

Their pool is located at 8410 Wexford Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772.

Directions: Take US-301 South towards Richmond. Go 4.5 miles and take a left turn on Heathermore Blvd. into the community of Marlton. Go through the first stop sign and take the next left turn onto Old Colony Drive in front of Marlton Elementary School. Make the second right on Wexford Rd.

Here are the details and anticipated timeline for the Meet:

KSC Warm-Up Time: 7:20 - 7:45 a.m.

HCC Warm-Up Time: 7:45 - 8:10am HCC Swimmers to arrive NLT 7:30 a.m.  

Officials Meeting: 8:00am

Timers Briefing: 8:00am - HCC needs 1 more timer for Saturday - please sign up!

National Anthem: 8:10am

Anticipated Meet Start: 8:20am

Hawthorne Team Area: The right side of the pool deck opposite the pavilion has been reserved for the team. You may also sit in the raised, flat grassy area behind the wall. The hill does become fairly steep, and they ask that any small children are supervised at all times. They highly recommend bringing multiple shade tents for swimmers and parents as well as additional seating. They kindly ask that you please make sure all trash is removed from your section before you leave the pool.

Parking: Limited parking is available in the pool parking lot on the right as you enter the pool. They encourage carpooling if at all possible. Please do not block or park in the circle. They also ask that you avoid parking in front of the neighborhood mailboxes. They will have volunteers to assist with parking to make best use of the space that we do have. Overflow parking is available at Marlton Elementary School. The school is located less than a quarter mile away by making a left on Old Colony Drive and traveling two blocks. It will be visible on your left. They will have golf carts shuttling to and from Marlton Elementary.

Concessions: The Kingfish Café will be open with several items for breakfast and lunch including our league famous Kingfish Sandwich!

We'll see you all NLT 7:30 a.m. on Saturday!  Give yourself ample time for parking!
