Hi- attached are the final entries for Sunday's meet.  You will also see the heats and lanes for your swimmer.  There are only two heats for every event (1 for each relay).  

Here are the details:

Place: Dorchester Community Pool

5005 Dorchester Cir, Waldorf, MD 20603

Pool Opens: 7:00 a.m.

Warm Up and other events:

7:45 to 8:00 a.m. - HCC and BNS (HCC needs to arrive NLT 7:30 a.m.)

8:00 to 8:15a.m. - INST and late arrivals

8:20 a.m. – Aging Out Ceremony

8:30 a.m. –National Anthem

8:35 a.m.- Meet start time

Before 10 minute break – 2024 graduate fun relay with teams mixed

PARKING:  This is IMPORTANT - there is only street parking.  You MUST park on the same side as the pool.  You cannot park in their parking lot, no matter how early you get there.  If you park on the side opposite of the pool, you car may be towed. Make sure your friends and families know this - pool side only!  Prepare for this and make sure you get there in plenty of time to get to the pool for warm ups. 

The meet will be on Meet Mobile. 

I've also attached a map of the pool.  HCC is by the concessions shed/area. So, when you enter the pool area, go to the right.  I think our space is perfectly big enough to accommodate our team.  If you feel differently, there is overflow seating behind the starting area/timers/clerk of course area.  It's in yellow on the map.  Bring some tents and chairs.  They won't have either.  We will have some shade, but most of our space is on concrete.  

It's great if you and your swimmers can stay until the end of the meet to watch all of the events and stay for the trophy presentation.  :-)  Cheer on all your HCC gators - they have all worked hard to get to this point and could use everyone's support.
