Good Afternoon-

As we near the end of the season for some, I want to share some important information.

2- Swimtopia/HCC website - all times from this season have been uploaded into your account so when you log in, you'll see your swimmer's times.  

3- Raffle Tix are for SALE - We're raffling a Yetti with $300 worth of cheer!  Only 500 tickets are being sold and we hope to pick the winner at our End of the Year Celebration.  $10 for 1 ticket, $20 for 3 tickets.  Proceeds raised will help pay for the new concrete around the pool.  I've attached a flyer for more info.  If everyone on the team bought one ticket, we'd be finished.  Or sell to family and friends - share the attachment.  

4- End of Season Party - it's fast approaching - July 21st at the pool.  The RSVP is open on our website.  Please RSVP so we know how many people are attending.  Swimmers and families are invited to attend.  We'll have a sign up list soon of what you can bring. The team provides the main dishes.  We ask for sides, etc...

5- Saturday is our final regular season meet for the team.  This means for many swimmers, Thursday (July 11th) will be the final practice of the season.  If you make the Division A Champs Meet (July 20th), we will know this weekend.  Times from Saturday's meet against KSC are used when the coaches develop their entries.  Only the top two swimmers for each event may swim in Divisionals.  As a reminder, if you are NOT available for the July 20th meet and are one of the top 4-5 times, please let me know.  I have already heard from some of you and passed that along to the coaches- thank you!  

**INFO about Saturday's meet will be sent out in a separate email to those who are swimming.
