Good Morning, I've attached the meet entries and meet program tomorrow.  Here are the things to know and remember:

Meet starts at 8:30 a.m.  We are celebrating our Aging Out swimmers tomorrow.  This is a BIG deal for these 7 swimmers.  Addy, Mackenzie, Isabella, Sean, Amie, Luke and Harry would love your support and cheers tomorrow as they swim in their last home meet for HCC.  

Pool opens at 7:15 a.m. unless you are one of the few parents who are setting up.

Warm ups start at 7:40 a.m. 12 and Under will go first. Your swimmer needs to be ready to go at their scheduled warm up time. Please plan your time accordingly as parking can take a few minutes.

Timers meet at 8:10 a.m.

Officials meet at 8:00 a.m. 

If your child is in the first 4 events, they should be at the clerk of course by 8:25 at the latest. We want to get this meet moving and be on time.  

The pickleball courts, the playground and the baby pool are CLOSED during the meet. PLEASE watch your child(ren). They should not be left unattended outside of the pool deck area. Please also have them steer clear of the bridge to the gazebo. That area is only for officials.

No jewelry on while swimming.  No writing on your body except for the swimmer's event, heat and lane. 

No HCC swimmers or families can sit on the grass side of the pool. This even includes the area in between the gate and gazebo. We are allowing the visiting team to use this area.

Team suits and team caps to be worn at the meet on Saturday. Do not wear other team suits or caps. This is a team rule.

Guppies will swim during the break (after event 46). I do not have an exact time, but I would imagine if you are at HCC by 10:45 you should be fine.

Aging Out - we will celebrate them during the break as well.  Also, our Aging Out swimmers will hold the flag for the National Anthem while Luke plays the National Anthem.
