Lots going on in the next week or so.  Here's a reminder as we begin to wrap up the season.

- Gator Night is TONIGHT.  Come for dinner!

- Team Picture (for all swimmers) is after the meet on Saturday.  Guppies can show up at 11:45 a.m.  Please have your team suit or Gator shirt on.  Swimmers who are swimming in the meet should keep their team suit on.  We will need a few parents to help "organize" the swimmers.  

- Golf Tournament is on July 22nd starting at 4:00 p.m.  Registration is on our website.  This always gets full so if you want to play, you've got to RSVP on our website. It's under the schedule tab. 

- Team Party is July 23rd.  Again, RSVP on our website under the schedule tab.  

- We still need help on Saturday AND Sunday.  We need parking helpers both days (great for early risers) and a 50/50 person for Sunday.  We also need Gator Bar workers for Sunday.  Please, please, please help us out.  Everything runs smoother when there are many hands helping.  There is no volunteer job where you can't watch your kid swim.  We won't let you miss it.  

- Donations for the Gator Bar are also needed.  Sign up to bring something and then go help tell people where to park !  Win win!

- If you child swam in a meet, there is probably a ribbon(s) for them.  They are available each evening during practice to be picked up.  Just ask and we'll get them for you.  After the team party, we'll throw away those that are not claimed.  

- Meet details and info about Saturday's home meet will be sent later in the week.  There are just a few of you who have not declared your availability.  Please do so ASAP.  Declaring that you're available does not necessarily mean your child will swim in the meet.  

- We will celebrate Kaeleigh, Cole and Nathan during our break on Saturday with a special recognition.  Be sure to congratulate all 3 of them for their dedication to our team.  

- CCC Entries - there have been some changes made.  I emailed those parents yesterday if they were being added to the team or are in additional events.  Be sure to check your emails.  

- This is the last week of practice for many team members.  The only kids who will practice next week are those who have made the divisional team.  These are 2 HCC swimmers who have top times in each event during the regular season.  We have some swimmers who will be absent so this may mean that a 3rd or 4th top time may make it.  If your child will NOT be available (July 22) and you have not already told me, please reply to this email.  I really appreciate those I've already heard from.
