Good Afternoon -  here are the details for tomorrow's meet at home versus Adelphi!  

Wear your red, white and blue as we celebrate (early) the 4th of July and honor our service members!  

Meet starts at 8:30 a.m. 

Warm up times are 7:40 a.m. for 13 and older swimmers and 7:50 a.m. for 12 and under swimmers. Your swimmer needs to be ready to go at their scheduled warm up time.

• The pickleball courts, the playground and the baby pool are CLOSED during the meet. PLEASE watch your child(ren). They should not be left unattended outside of the pool deck area.  
• Please do not arrive to the pool prior to 7:15 a.m. unless you are one of the few parents who are setting up.
• Guppies will swim during the break (after event 46). I do not have an exact time, but I would imagine if you are at HCC by 10:45 you should be fine.
• No jewelry on while swimming, especially during a meet.
• If your child has an injury that requires them to use tape or has a cast (and plans to swim), please let us know by replying to this email. We must tell AR of any injuries that could potentially “assist” them in swimming faster.
• Team suits and team caps to be worn at the meet on Saturday.  Do not wear other team suits or caps.  This is a team rule.  

Additionally, I have attached the entries that have what each kid is swimming along with their heats and lanes. If you’re looking at this report, right after their time is what looks like a fraction. The first # is the heat and the second # is the lane.

I've also attached the meet program.  

The clerk of course really appreciates when your child has their info (event #, heat and lane) on their hands. Bring a sharpie and put it on tonight or first thing tomorrow. It won’t work after their hands are wet.
