Also, declare your swimmer for Saturday's 1st home regular dual meet.  Meet details will be out later this week. 

As a reminder to parents, we are now starting our regular season.  The prior two meets were for fun and we could add kids at the last minute.  Now all the rules apply. 

For free and back, HCC can enter up to a mx of 12 swimmers for each event.  For fly, breast and IM, it's a maximum of 6 swimmers.  Swimmers can only swim in a max of 3 individual events and 1 relay.  This rule will limit participation.  We will still hold our guppy swim after event 46.
