Good Afternoon,

Our second time trial will be at Smallwood.  Address is1019 Stone Avenue, Waldorf, MD 20602

Meet starts at 8:30 a.m.  HCC Warm Ups start at 8:00 a.m. 8-8:10 will be 13 and up.  8:10 - 8:20 will be 12 and under swimmers.  Per Smallwood rules, you may not arrive more than 20 minutes prior to the start of warm ups.  

This time trial will run like a regular meet with relays and IMs.  

Guppies will swim during the break (after event 46).  I do not have an exact time, but I would imagine if you are at Smallwood by 10:30 you should be fine.  

I've attached Smallwood's protocols.  Please read and review prior to attendance at the meet.  

A couple things to remember:

- No jewelry on while swimming, especially during a meet. 

- Your swim cap either needs to be a HCC cap or a plain black cap.  High school or year round team caps are not allowed.  If you ordered a cap, they have shipped and hoping to have them to you within the next few days.

- T-shirts have arrived.  Stop by the picnic table by the front gate for pick up.

- 13/14 and 15/18 practices have been combined going forward 7:20 - 8:00 p.m. 

- Tacos and Tequila is tomorrow night at the pool!  Read the Gator Gazette!

- Sign up to volunteer at the meet on Saturday.  We need your help!  

- Declare your swimmer.
