Good morning Gator Families!

This Saturday is Time Trials. All of our Gators will have an opportunity to swim their events to get times for the season. In order to make sure everyone gets signed up, please declare your swimmer for the meet.  Instructions to declare are below.  We recommend that if you are able to, please declare for the entire season so you don't forget.  You can always change your selection up to 48 hours before a race.

How to Declare Meet Attendance

In order to determine Meet Entries (and relay teams) the coaches must know whether or not your swimmer will be attending each meet. Please declare your attendance by Wednesday evening before each meet. If you do not declare the coaches are assuming that you will be there.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to https://hccgators.swimtopia.com
2. Click on SCHEDULE
3. Scroll down to each meet and click on MEET ENTRY (green box)
4. Indicate whether your swimmer will be Attending or Not Attending

If anything should change, you can edit your meet entry at any time at least 48 hours prior to a meet.
