GATOR Parent Night Reminder

There will be a Gator Parent Night at Hawthorne Country Club on May 22 at 6:30. This will be a great opportunity to meet the coaches, swim parents and get information about the 2019 swim season. We will also be accepting registration payments at the meeting. Some of the topics that will be discussed at the meeting:

After the presentation, please stay and join us for a no-host social. It is a great opportunity to talk with the coaches and other parents before the season gets underway.

Pool Beautification Day

Pool beautification day is scheduled for May 19 from 8:30-2:00. Parents and swimmers are encouraged to come out and help get the pool ready for the summer swim season. There is a lot of work to be done and we will appreciate any help we can get, even if only for a couple of hours.

Please be sure to wear work clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. The pool has been closed for months and some of the work can be pretty messy.

Officials Training

There are a number of officials training opportunities available this year. You can find a complete listing at princemont.org

The SOMD Stroke and Turn/Referee and Starter will be June 5 at the Green Turtle. Ref and Starter will begin at 5:30 and S&T will begin at 7:30.
