New team suits for the 2019 season. This year is the Speedo Endurance. If you already know the size you need to order you can do so by calling Metro Swim Shop 443-891-0800. Tell them you are with the Hawthorne Gators and would like to order a team suit or you can order by using the link below:

There will be a Suit Fitting at the clubhouse on May 19.

We are not doing a bulk order. You are responsible for placing your order for the suits you need.

The purchase of a team suit is not a requirement. While it is nice to have everyone wearing the same suit, we understand that not everyone will chose to wear the team suit. Many of our older swimmers prefer to wear technical suits to compete in. Being part of the PrinceMont Swim League (PMSL), we do have to follow their rules on swimwear. If you have a question as to whether or not your suit is ok to wear, please ask one of the coaches.

Suit Swap

Do you have old suits that don’t fit your swimmer? If so, you can bring them to the clubhouse on May 19^th for a suit swap. If you find one you need, you can take it home with you. It is a great way to pass on suits in good condition to our younger swimmers and to keep costs down for if you find one. Contact Carrie Holt or reply to this email if you have any questions

Team Caps

Caps are not part of registration.

Cap orders can be placed during registration. Please register prior to May 16 in order to receive your caps on time for the summer swim season. Second order will be placed on June 1st and will arrive 3-4 weeks later. Registration link: https://hccgators.swimtopia.com/register

Swimwear Design - PMSL follows USA Swimming rules with regard to eligible swimsuits for competition. In general, these requirements state that 1) Swimsuits for men may not extend above the navel or below the knee and for women may not cover the neck or extend past the shoulders or below the knee.

2) No zippers or other fastening devices are allowed, except for a waist tie on a brief or jammer.

3) Suits must be of textile material and must not be made of any rubberized type of material such as polyurethane or neoprene.

4) The swimmer must wear only one swimsuit in one or two pieces except it is permissible for the swimmer to wear a single set of garments underneath his or her competition swimsuit for modesty and/or privacy reasons.

5) Waiver requests for medical, religious, or other reasons must be submitted to the League President at least 72 hours prior to the swimmer’s first meet.
